In 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting a series of free homeowner seminars at our office in Milpitas, bringing together local homeowners and industry professionals for open, practical conversations about remodeling. Together with our partners — Daniel from AMD Construct and real estate expert Katerina — we walked through the entire process of kitchen and bathroom renovations, from the first idea all the way to final inspections. These events were designed to give people a clear understanding of what really happens behind the scenes of a remodel, and what to expect before getting started.
What made these seminars truly special was the level of real, hands-on knowledge we were able to share. We didn’t just talk theory — we showed actual project examples, explained layouts, permits, and design files, and broke down how construction and coordination work in practice. Guests were encouraged to ask questions about their own homes, making each session interactive and highly personalized. We also discussed how remodeling decisions impact property value, helping homeowners think not only about design, but also about long-term investment. It was a great experience for us as a team, and we’re grateful to everyone who joined us and made these events so engaging!
