Forthis project, our client had a specific purpose: to increase the home’s resale value before putting it on the market. The house originally had only one bathroom, which limited its appeal and market potential. Our task was not only to remodel the existing guest bathroom, but also to convert unused closet space into a brand-new master bathroom.
As a result, the property became a two-bathroom house, making it more expensive and significantly more attractive to buyers. Several months after the project was completed, the house sold for a stronger price, proving how strategic remodeling can directly support a successful home sale.
In the guest bathroom, we completed a like-for-like remodel, updating all fixtures and finishes. Client chose classic black-and-white clean design, timeless, and practical. We updated the fixtures, walls and flooring. Thoughtful upgrades were installing a floating vanity, for more space and easier cleaning, and replacing the traditional mirror with a medicine cabinet, adding valuable storage without taking up extra space.

The master bathroom
Master bath was a completely new addition. Previously, this area was a closet with access only from the outside. Our team closed the exterior entrance and created a new access point directly from the master bedroom.
We also completed new plumbing, insulation, electrical rewiring, and all necessary work to properly install the shower, toilet, lighting, ventilation, and all bathroom finishes.
Because this was a bathroom addition, the project required more complicated permitting and city inspections process. Our team handled the process successfully and completed all the works according to code. The final result was a beautiful, functional, and value-boosting bathroom addition that helped transform the home before sale.
