New-Build Bathrooms

These two bathrooms were completed as part of a new ground-up construction home built by RISE GC, where every space was finished from the early rough-in stage to the final move-in-ready result. Because this was a new build, the bathroom work included much more than surface finishes: plumbing, electrical, ventilation, waterproofing, tile installation, fixture placement, lighting, trim, paint, and final inspection details all had to be coordinated as part of the full home construction process. The result is a pair of fully finished bathrooms that feel modern, clean, and practical for everyday use.

The first bathroom features a bold black-and-white design with a double vanity, black cabinetry, integrated sinks, matte black faucets, a large arched LED mirror, and dark marble-look floor tile. The contrast between the white walls, black vanity, dark floor, and black hardware gives the room a strong modern look without making it feel too heavy. The shower area continues the clean style with large-format marble-look wall tile, a built-in niche, matte black shower fixtures, and a bright window that brings natural light into the space.

The second bathroom uses a slightly warmer modern style, combining white marble-look surfaces, black plumbing fixtures, a floating-style vanity, and vertical wood slat accents behind the mirror and toilet area. This detail adds texture and warmth while keeping the room simple and elegant. Together, these bathrooms show how new construction allows every detail to be planned from the beginning — from fixture locations and lighting to tile layout, storage, shower design, and final finishes — creating bathrooms that are not only attractive in photos, but comfortable and ready for real daily living.

Two Modern Bathrooms in a Newly Built Home

Two black-and-white modern bathrooms with wood panel accents, completed as part of a new ground-up construction home by RISE GC in California. Since this was a new build, the work included the full bathroom construction process — plumbing, electrical, ventilation, waterproofing, tile installation, vanities, fixtures, lighting, trim, paint, and final finish details.

The finished bathrooms feature a clean black-and-white modern design, marble-look tile, matte black fixtures, built-in shower niches, custom vanity areas, and warm wood accent details. Together, they show how thoughtful bathroom planning in a new construction home can create spaces that are functional, durable, comfortable, and visually polished from the very beginning.
