Even seemingly small changes on site — such as relocating a window, modifying a beam size, changing wall layouts, or adjusting structural openings — may require plan revisions and approval before the framing inspection can pass.
Once framing is complete and approved, the house is ready to move into the next major stage: rough plumbing, rough electrical, HVAC, and other systems that will be installed inside the walls before insulation and drywall.
