Here we go! This is the most exciting, the final step of the process. At this stage, the construction work is finished, the final details are checked, and your bathroom remodel project is officially completed.

Before we officially close the project, we complete a final walkthrough with you. This gives you the last chance for change orders, final modifications, and to make sure that your new bathroom is looking like you’ve envisioned it, and is ready for your family’s everyday use.

Final City Inspection

After construction completion your bathroom goes through a final city inspection. The inspector reviews the completed work to confirm that the remodel is not only beautiful on the surface but is finished safely, properly, and in compliance with code requirements. City officially declares your project completed.

Certificate of Completion

Once the required inspection is approved, we issue a Certificate of Completion. This marks the official completion of your bathroom remodel.

Congratulations! — you have a new beautiful bathroom that is ready to enjoy.

Quality Guarantee

At RISE GC, we stand behind our work. Bathroom remodel contract with us includes a one-year guarantee for labor and remodeling work completed by our team.

If anything goes wrong because of our work, we fix it or replace it at no cost as part of our quality assurance. This gives you extra peace of mind after the project is finished. 

Important note: Our one-year quality guarantee applies to all the labor and remodeling work completed by our team. We stand behind our workmanship. However, material defects, manufacturer failures, accidental damage, misuse, or issues with fixtures themselves are outside of our workmanship warranty. That said, if something happens, we will still do our best to help you identify the problem and find the right next step, including manufacturer warranty support when applicable.
